Ok, I know I'm not posting very frequently latetly so I thought I'd remind you (or if your new to our site, inform you) of a feature I have on this page that signs you up to receive e-mails when I add new content. You will only recieve e-mails when I update and nothing more.
On the right hand side of this page under the picture of Coko you will see the place to add your e-mail address to get updates.
