Summer Fun with Collin

Back in July we spent a fun night out on the Rosenau's boat fishing, then to the beach for some play time at the park and a picnic.

All of the kids got to take a turn "driving" the boat.

Then once a spot was scoped out the fishing rods came out.


I do have to say that Kiley smoked the boys with the amount of fish she caught! She would just barely get her line in the water and the fish were biting...

...granted none of them were very big! But it was fun! And it was the first fishes that Zack caught this summer. He was skunked on our family vacation in June.

After we got to the beach the kids "washed off" and then were off to play.

It was lots of fun and a beautiful night.

Then in August we got the chance to watch Collin for Michelle and Doug which the kids enjoyed a lot! We think Kiley has found her first crush! When she woke from her nap she asked, "Where's MY Collin?" And when she found him she wanted to sit by him every where he went!

There was lots of play time and a little tea time too. Grandma Diane even got to play.

It is so fun watching the kids play together and grow up together. To think this all came to be because of great luck at St. Thomas and the JPII dorm where Michelle and I met. It is so much fun and we love play time with the Rosenau's! We love you guys!
