Bartsch Reunion - Rugby, ND

On Father's Day we exchanged gifts with Grandpa Al at the hotel and then made our way back to the reception hall from the night before for a Bartsch gathering.

All of Grandpa Al's brother's and sisters were there except for 1.
(Picture includes Al's Aunt Cecelia, in the middle in blue)

The Brothers- Duane, Al, Tim and Don (missing Ken)

The Sisters - (Top) Deb, Barb and Diane
(Bottom) Jackie, Carol and Lynda

With all of these Aunts and Uncles come cousin's, significant others and kids. Darin figured there were 15 out of 26 of his cousins there. And there were even two of Al's cousins there.

That made for one large and fun party.

Zack made friends with one of Al's second cousin's Anna. And Audra helped out too.

We discovered while we were in Rugby that Darin's cousin, Tim and wife, Jen had kids VERY close to ours. This is a picture of Gavin, (and Aunt/Grandma Becky) who is 4 days younger than Kiley, although you can't tell by the size of him! :-)

He was not so fond of Kiley's screeching when she saw him and did not like her touching him. It was so funny.
Tim and Jen also have a 3 year old who is 5 days older than Zack! We tried to get a picture with all of us and the kids because we thought that would go better than trying to get them together on our own. They decided to prove us wrong...

...after a wiggle fest with us we set Kiley and Gavin down to see them interact...

...then Brooklyn (3) and older brother Dylan (5) came over to see what was going on...

...then Zack joined the bunch and wouldn't you know we got our picture!

Eventually it was time for the party to "end" (hee, hee) and we were off again for Fargo....
(You can really tell the size difference between Kiley and Gavin here.)
