Animal Humane Society Walk - May '09

Have I mentioned lately what a wonderful dog we have? She puts up with so much and that is why we like to take her on the annual AHS walk that my sister Molly is very involved in raising money for.

So on a chilly 4th of May we packed Coko and the kids up into the car and headed to Golden Valley to join the group of walkers that is just amazing to see. We have to take a bus from an off site parking location to get to the humane society and it is amazing that the animals get a long so well on these buses.



Once there the kids took turns in the "buggy" of the Schuster's.

They chose to walk a little too.

Zack and Riley also helped to walk Macy, one of Auntie Meg's dogs.

She was just the right size for the two of them. :-)

Then Zack decided to take a ride on Daddy's shoulders.

It truly is a walk of animals too. It always amazes me what animals we see along the trail...

Always a fun and entertaining morning.
