Christmas Eve with the Cooley's

Once the kids opened their gifts the rest of the Cooley Clan (except for my cousin Tim who was traveling this season) joined us. We had lots of fun and the kids were really well behaved.

-Zack, Riley and Adee enjoyed wrestling with Uncle Dude.
-Cousin Colvin enjoyed snuggling with Grandpa Doug. Colvin is 6 months old and at the time of this picture, the youngest of my grandparents 6 great-grandkids.
-Adee and Ryan loved making ornaments for their trees.

The big kids also had quite a bit of fun at the big kid table. At one point they were all trying to see how they could make the others laugh. Really wish I'd gotten my video camera up in time for that one. :-)

My brother-in-laws chillin'.

Kiley thought she'd check out the beverages...
Then it was time to leave. Kiley had to say one last goodbye to baby Colvin. She really loves looking at babies.

Before Dan, Sharis, Colvin and Ryan left Great-Uncle Tom had to show Ryan one more thing. My Dad has a train set up in his office and wanted to show Ryan. Zack just loves this train set and joined him.

We actually ended up having an early night this year with the kids. It was about 7:00 when Zack wanted to go home because he was too tired. We couldn't believe our ears!
When we got home we had to put out the reindeer food Grandma D and Grandpa Al sent us so Santa could find us. You can tell by the pictures we were still getting a lot of snow at the time.

It was a wonderful evening and I always treasure the holidays I get to spend with all of my family.
